Sheffield City Region award winning business incubation.

Rotherham Investment and Development Office (RiDO) provide 180 offices and industrial units across the Rotherham area. RiDO were awarded UKBI Incubation Champion for the second time in 2011, in recognition of their track record in supporting small businesses in Rotherham.

Through RiDO’s ERDF funded Soft Landing Zone programme they help Rotherham companies to expand into international markets. The RiDO exhibition stand at GMF 2013 will showcase several successful and expanding local manufacturers who have benefited from this support.

RiDO Business Centres are the only business centres in England that have the National Business Incubation Association’s (NBIA) Soft Landings International Incubators designation. A unique package of assistance is available for international companies expanding into one of RiDO’s business centres, including 1-to-1 mentoring, providing specialist help and advice to assist the transition into the UK market.
